Job Function

Assist Marketing Manager and the management team with day-to-day marketing & advertising activities. 

Essential Duties

  • Provide administrative assistance on day-to-day marketing activities, including handling phonecalls and emails, mail, distribution of materials, event registrations/redemptions, etc.)
  • Assist with donation/sponsorship elements & event coordination
  • Occasionally travel to locations to assist with event preparation and coordination.
  • Manage customer mailing lists in the main business system and other peripheral marketing programs
  • Provide feedback in planning stages of creative projects, and assist as requested (banners, digital ads, posters, flyers, business cards, etc.)
  • Maintain email marketing and text marketing efforts (construct campaigns, manage lists, etc.)
  • Assist with website maintenance efforts, including regular maintenance, content creation, content proofing, research/strategy, etc.
  • Administer social media efforts/plans (content management and strategy)

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Advertising, Marketing, Business, Public Relations)
  • Website and/or design experience preferred
  • Email marketing experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • Zero to three years job experience
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent organizational skills & attention to detail
  • Quick learner
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
