Donation Request Form

P&K Equipment strives to be good stewards and community partners in our local cities and surrounding areas. Our goal is to provide a worthwhile impact for our customers, our neighbors, and future generations. In order to do that, we aim to provide support to qualified organizations and programs, focused in the following areas:

  • Agricultural education programs & associations that provide innovative experiences for both youth and/or adults.
  • Community development opportunities & programs that support economic growth, resiliency, safety programs, and/or community relations.
  • Organizations that aid underprivileged youth and/or families with food, shelter, or other necessary resources.

If your non-profit organization/program meets the above guidelines, please complete the below form and attach any accompanying documents. The form must be filled out in its entirety at least 2 months prior to your event date, in order to be considered.
